Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service or client services, preferably in a call center environment. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills. Excellent phone etiquette with a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers. Ability to type efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience in sales or outbound calling is a plus. Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions. High School diploma or equivalent
