Are you a high-energy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Metairie, LA. This is a front-line role for someone who prides themselves on their professional demeanor and their ability to stay organized while managing a high volume of activity.
Shift: Monday-Friday: 8a-4p (no weekends or OT)
$18/hr.
Background Check: Must pass a standard 7-year background check.
Drug Screen: Must pass a 10-panel laboratory drug screen.
Location: Must be able to commute to Metairie.
Responsibilities:
High-Volume Call Management: Efficiently handle 100+ incoming calls per day with a positive and helpful attitude.
Documentation & Tracking: Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to document client interactions and maintain accurate records.
Special Projects: Assist management with administrative special projects as assigned, requiring adaptability and attention to detail.
Client Relations: Act as the professional face and voice of the company, ensuring every caller receives a high-quality experience.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center or corporate reception role.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage "Special Projects" alongside daily duties.
Typing speed of 50+ WPM.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Tech Savvy: Professional proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on "White Glove" service.
Experience: Previous experience in high-volume call centers or busy administrative offices is a major plus.
Professionalism: Must maintain a professional appearance and personality suitable for a corporate office environment.
