Responsibilities:
Order Management: Enter and track customer orders in QuickBooks through fulfillment
Customer Communication: Handle high-volume phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally
Data Entry: Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and Word
Customer Support: Resolve order issues, provide product details, and ensure a positive customer experience
Office Coordination: Manage Outlook inbox to ensure timely responses and follow-ups
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Proficient in QuickBooks for accurate customer order entry and tracking.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for managing spreadsheets and organizing data.
Experienced with Microsoft Word and Outlook for professional correspondence and email management.
Fast and accurate typing skills to ensure efficient data entry.
Verbal and written communication for professional interaction with customers and internal teams.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced office environment.
Skilled in problem-solving and customer support, troubleshooting order issues effectively.
