Position Overview
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries regarding accounts, products, and services. You won't just be answering phones; you'll be an investigator and a resolution specialist. From processing complex orders to adjusting billing errors, your goal is to provide seamless, high-quality service.
Responsibilities:
Conflict Resolution: Professionally handle and settle customer complaints, escalating complex issues when necessary.
Information Management: Provide accurate pricing, service changes, and shipping details.
Account Maintenance: Interview customers to update records, explain available services, and correct billing discrepancies.
Cross-Functional Support: Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met promptly.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
The ability to handle customer complaints, settle disputes, and manage "escalation" situations calmly and professionally to reach a positive outcome.
This is essential for "interviewing customers" and investigating records to accurately identify the root cause of billing or service errors.
Since the role involves coordinating with multiple departments and handling a high volume of varied inquiries (from pricing to maintenance), being able to switch gears quickly is vital.

Experience: 2???5 years of related customer service or call center experience.
Technical Skills: Excellent data entry and phone etiquette are non-negotiable.
