Spherion Staffing of Sioux Falls is looking for a couple Customer Service Representatives with a minimum of two years of work experience in an administrative role to work with a local client. The Customer Service Representative is a key member of the team and often the first point of contact for customers. Responsibilities:
-Receive incoming calls in a professional, timely and courteous manner
-Complete work orders, return customer calls and respond to customer complaints
-Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing and reviewing purchase orders
-Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business
-Perform other duties as needed, which may include cross training in related positions

Qualifications:
-A minimum of two years of work experience in an administrative role is required
-Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
-General computer skills, including Microsoft Office
-Proficient keyboarding proficiency, with a high degree of visual accuracy
-Be a team player who can work independently
-Schedule flexibility to work nights and/or weekends
