Responsibilities:

Operational Liaison: Partner with the Operations team to expedite parts or materials and coordinate pick-ups with freight forwarders.
Data Integrity: Update and maintain customer records and "installed base" information to ensure high data accuracy within the ERP systems.
Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for order-related inquiries, shipping discrepancies, and "out-of-box" equipment failures.
Status Communication: Provide proactive delivery notifications and shipment confirmations to both internal stakeholders and external clients.

Skills:
Technical Systems: Hands-on experience with Oracle, Great Plains, or similar high-level ERP/CRM systems.
Specialized Logistics: Current knowledge or certification in Dangerous Goods (HazMat) shipping, particularly for items like Lithium batteries.
Industry Context: Familiarity with industrial distribution or automation components.
Advanced Data Tools: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking backlog and reporting on fulfillment KPIs.
