Responsibilities:
- Research complaints, resolve account issues, and process payments or billing adjustments.
- Achieve goals by soliciting new services, upselling current customers, and following up to close sales leads.
- Perform service order provisioning through multiple user interfaces and troubleshoot high-end broadband equipment.
- Educate customers on products while maintaining a professional image through proper phone etiquette and de-escalation.
- Follow safety rules and company policies while completing daily assignments independently.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Willingness to participate in NCTI certification and development courses.
- Ability to work remotely or independently from a satellite office when required.
- Prior familiarity with video, broadband, and phone product specifications.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- 3 years of CATV or other relevant technical/electronic experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proficiency in personal computers, software (Word, Excel), and billing systems.
- Strong organizational skills, mathematical knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work while seated with a headset for prolonged periods.
