This position is primarily focused on high-volume, manual data entry and document processing. The ideal candidate will be highly comfortable with repetitive tasks, possess exceptional attention to detail, and maintain high accuracy while transferring data from scanned tickets into internal systems.
Comprehensive, hands-on training will be provided directly by a corporate team member flying in from the regional headquarters to ensure your success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Accurate Data Transfer: Accurately input information from receiving tickets and scanned documentation into internal systems.
High-Volume Processing: Manage and process high-volume, repetitive data entry tasks daily with a high degree of precision.
Document Review: Review scanned documentation to ensure all necessary fields and metrics are correctly transcribed.
Verification: Verify the correctness of numbers, codes, and identifiers from physical/digital receiving tickets into the software database.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the local team and follow specific guidelines provided during initial training from the corporate team.
Record Keeping: Maintain clean, organized, and complete digital records of all entered transactions.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Duration: 2 to 4 months commitment based on project workflows.
Schedule: Full-time hourly position, 40 hours per week (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday).
Location: On-site in San Jose, CA.
Environment: Primarily manual data entry work. Everything is scanned and sent digitally, requiring significant computer/screen time.

Qualifications:
Proven experience or strong capability in high-volume, manual data entry roles.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy ??? ability to spot discrepancies or errors in numbers easily.
Comfortable handling repetitive, predictable administrative tasks for the duration of the 2-4 month contract.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel); note that spreadsheet creation is not required, but experience navigating and entering data into Microsoft systems is highly beneficial.
Ability to maintain a reliable and punctual schedule matching the 7:00 AM ??? 4:00 PM shift, Monday through Friday.
Strong reliability and individual accountability to work steadily through high volumes of digital tickets.
Openness to learning and receiving formal operational training from a corporate trainer.
