The primary focus of this role is to assist with a large-scale data migration project and manage seasonal peak volumes. You will be responsible for updating records, verifying information accuracy, and ensuring digital databases are current. If you enjoy focused work, have a "eagle eye" for detail, and can maintain high levels of productivity, we'd love to talk to you.
Responsibilities:
Enter and update data into internal systems from various source documents.
Review and verify data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities where possible.
Scan and digitize physical documents for electronic filing.
Generate weekly reports on data entry progress and accuracy rates.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client information.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience: Previous experience in a data entry, administrative, or clerical role.
Problem Solving: A proactive approach to identifying and flagging data inconsistencies.
Communication: Strong written communication skills for internal reporting.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Typing Speed: Minimum of 50 WPM with high accuracy.
Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Outlook) and Google Workspace.
Attention to Detail: Ability to spot minor discrepancies in large datasets.
Time Management: Ability to stay focused and meet daily entry quotas in a fast-paced environment.
