You will Maintain daily mold/sizing record, Follow all established safety regulations and procedures, Follow all instructions listed on PCPs and setup info sheets, Adjust presses when needed, Ensure all press safeties are properly set, Setup Class C,B & A type parts, Keep area clean and organized and put items back where they belong (bolts, backer blocks, rings and collets, etc), Work with Supervisor and Trainer to train to move to the next level of Die setting (if not already completed), Accurately fill out the Daily Production log, Participates in ongoing training and continuous improvement activities, Operate Compaction presses when needed
2 years - 2 years die setting experience
You will have Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects, Basic blueprint reading, Ability to setup Class C,B and A type parts with no assistance in all presses, including Multi level presses
