The Production Staff member is responsible for executing daily manufacturing and production processes during the designated shift (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM). This role is critical in ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently, meet quality standards, and adhere to all safety and operational procedures. Responsibilities:
Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment and machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Perform all aspects of the manufacturing process, including setup, run, and teardown of equipment.
Ensure the correct raw materials and components are staged and used for each production run.
Monitor production line flow and quickly identify and report any malfunctions, deviations, or inefficiencies.
Adjust machine settings as necessary to maintain optimal production quality and speed.
Accurately complete all required production documentation, logs, and batch records.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience (e.g., 1-2 years) in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
Experience operating specific types of machinery (e.g., forklifts, packaging equipment, mixers - specify as needed).
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or other industry-specific regulations.

1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Ability to work the full 7:00 AM ??? 7:00 PM shift, including potential overtime and weekend work as needed.
Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
Basic literacy and numeracy skills for reading work instructions and completing production logs.
