Responsibilities:
Recruiting Excellence:
Pipeline Management: Strategically develop and maintain a high-quality pipeline of candidates within core skill sets.
Market Strategy: Craft and execute compelling job advertisements to attract passive and active talent.
Sourcing & Engagement: Leverage advanced sourcing tools, social media, and industry networks to identify and engage qualified professionals.
Vetting & Selection: Conduct thorough interviews, administer skill assessments, and perform professional reference checks.
Candidate Experience: Lead interview debriefs and manage candidate expectations throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Sales & Account Management:
Order Consultation: Manage the intake process with hiring managers to define specific requirements and success profiles.
Process Facilitation: Act as a strategic partner to the customer, coordinating the interview process and feedback loops.
Closing & Negotiation: Facilitate the offer process and negotiate terms to ensure a successful placement for both client and candidate.
Brand Advocacy: Represent Spherion in local networking groups and professional associations to build brand equity.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Sales Background: At least one (1) year of experience in a sales-driven capacity.
Persuasion: Superior sales presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Consultative Service: Exceptional rapport-building skills and a strategic approach to relationship management.
Self-Management: High level of autonomy with the ability to thrive with minimal direction.

Professional Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of professional recruiting experience.
Goal Orientation: A proven history of meeting or exceeding KPIs and business development goals.

Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field OR a minimum of two (2) years of equivalent business experience.
Resilience: Ability to remain composed and effective in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
