Responsibilities:
PMO Leadership & Strategy
??? Establish and continuously improve PMO structure, processes, and governance frameworks.
??? Define and enforce project management standards, methodologies (e.g., waterfall, agile, hybrid), and best practices.
??? Align project portfolio with company strategic objectives and executive priorities.
??? Provide regular reporting and insights to executive leadership on portfolio health, risks, and performance metrics. Portfolio & Program Management
??? Oversee the full lifecycle of all major projects and programs, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
??? Prioritize and balance project portfolio based on strategic value, resource capacity, and risk.
??? Implement standardized intake, prioritization, and approval processes for new initiatives. Team Leadership & Development
??? Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers and program leaders.
??? Establish clear performance expectations, KPIs, and career development pathways.
??? Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration
??? Partner with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and other functional leaders to ensure seamless project execution.
??? Act as escalation point for critical project issues and interdepartmental conflicts.
??? Ensure clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders. Resource Management
??? Optimize resource allocation across projects to maximize efficiency and utilization.
??? Identify and mitigate risks related to scope, schedule, and costs. Process Improvement & Governance
??? Develop and maintain standardized tools, templates, and reporting frameworks.
??? Implement systems for tracking project performance, risks, and dependencies.
??? Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and delivery outcomes.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
MBA or advanced degree preferred

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
7-10 years

Qualifications:
Education & Experience
??? Bachelor???s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; .
??? 10+ years of progressive project/program management experience.
??? 5+ years in a leadership role managing project managers or a PMO.
??? Experience in complex, cross-functional environments (e.g., manufacturing, technology integration, or similar).
Certifications
??? PMP (Project Management Professional) required or strongly preferred.
??? Additional certifications (e.g., PgMP, PMI-ACP, Lean, Six Sigma) a plus.
