The Dispatcher Coordinator is responsible for managing the daily flow of service requests and technician schedules. You aren't just "answering phones"-you are analyzing the technical needs of a call, matching it to the right technician's skill set, and adjusting the schedule in real-time to account for emergencies or delays. You will work closely with three distinct department managers to ensure their teams are dispatched strategically and profitably.

Technician Support: Provide field technicians with clear job details, directions, and customer history to ensure they arrive prepared.
Data Integrity: Maintain precise records of job status, technician timestamps, and follow-up requirements within the system.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Industry Background: Previous experience in the Construction, Home Services, or Trades industries (Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical) is highly preferred.
Geographic Knowledge: Familiarity with the local service area to assist in efficient route planning.

Tech Savviness: Exceptional computer literacy. You must be comfortable navigating complex software interfaces, multiple monitors, and digital communication tools.
