The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating delivery personnel and truck fleets to ensure timely, accurate execution of client contracts. This position involves routing drivers, handling schedule adjustments, updating clients, and learning core operations.

- Assist with daily vehicle dispatching, time-constraint planning, and real-time route troubleshooting.

- Maintain continuous contact with drivers to provide directions, resolve issues, and promptly notify clients of schedule changes.
- Build proficiency in the POR Dispatch module, system reports, and operational tools.
- Participate in cross-training initiatives, including learning to operate smaller fleet vehicles and training on up to 26' crew cabs.
- Partner with warehouse leadership to maintain high delivery standards.
