Dispatch and monitor daily white glove delivery routes
Communicate with drivers and helpers throughout the day
Ensure compliance with safety and service standards
Track deliveries and resolve service issues in real time
Coordinate route adjustments, re-deliveries, and coverage
Maintain daily performance reports and KPIs
Support peak season and high-volume operations
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
