Responsibilities:
Serve as the central communication hub, receiving and accurately relaying information via phone, radio, and digital systems.
Manage deployment and resource allocation, efficiently dispatching units and adjusting routes/schedules in real-time based on urgency, traffic, and unit status.
Ensure safety and compliance by following emergency response protocols and adhering to relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
Maintain detailed, accurate logs of all dispatches, communications, and unit activities for comprehensive record-keeping.
Provide professional customer service, offering timely status updates and efficiently handling inquiries or complaints.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
