Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and schedule customer appointments

Coordinate and dispatch field technicians
Send estimates, update job notes, and manage daily schedules
Provide excellent customer service and follow-up
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
Experience in customer service, dispatching, or scheduling
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
Tech-friendly and comfortable using scheduling software
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Prior experience in dispatching, customer service, or scheduling in a service-based industry (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, pest control, etc.) preferred.
Strong phone etiquette, active listening, and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Comfortable using scheduling software, CRM systems, and email.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work calmly under pressure.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
