In this role, you act as a detective and a helper. When customers notice a transaction on their account that doesn't look right, you are the first person they turn to. You will help initiate claims, listen to their concerns, and ensure their financial rights are protected.

Responsibilities:
Support Customers: Handle incoming calls with empathy, helping customers who are disputing specific transactions.
Investigate Details: Research transaction types and data to understand exactly what happened.
Document Accuracy: Clearly record the customer's reason for the dispute to ensure the process moves smoothly.
Follow Guidelines: Ensure all disputes are handled according to banking regulations and internal service agreements.
Manage Time: Balance working independently on research with answering inquiries to meet department deadlines.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
