Responsibilities:
- Shipment Management: Receive incoming shipments and distribute them appropriately while preparing all outgoing shipments securely and accurately.
- Inventory Tracking: Create and maintain detailed logs of inventory movements, fulfill ecommerce orders, and manage both in-house and third-party inventory (including SKU creation).
- Cross-Departmental Communication: Communicate frequently and effectively with retail, international administration, and manufacturing staff to ensure on-time delivery.
- Quality & Auditing: Monitor and alert appropriate parties regarding inventory or pricing discrepancies, quality control issues, and procedural errors.
- Operations & Security: Maintain office and warehouse supply levels while strictly adhering to all security procedures to prevent loss and theft.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Advanced Software Knowledge: Prior experience navigating and utilizing Dynamics 365 systems.
- Inventory Expertise: Past professional experience specifically tailored to inventory management.
- Logistics & Coordination: Familiarity with managing multi-channel distribution, including ecommerce and third-party inventory.

Qualifications:
- System Proficiency: Demonstrated experience working with ERP and CRM systems.
- Technical Aptitude: High efficiency in data entry with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Precision: Sharp attention to detail is crucial for maintaining logs and spotting discrepancies.
- Physical Capability: Ability to safely lift and move items weighing at least 35lbs.
- Process Compliance: Capability to follow strict documentation procedures and safety/security protocols.
