In this role, you will be responsible for the digital transformation of patient health information. Your primary focus will be ensuring that sensitive medical data is accurately captured, organized, and stored within the facility's electronic health record (EHR) system. Schedule & Compensation
Pay Rate: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour (Dependent on Experience).
Flexible Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Scanning & Digitization: High-volume scanning of physical medical charts and records into digital formats.
File Organization: Creating and maintaining organized patient files within the digital database.
Precision Labeling: Ensuring all digital files are named and categorized correctly according to office protocols.
Quality Assurance: Verifying that scanned images are clear, legible, and placed in the correct patient profile.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Experience: Previous experience handling health records or working in a medical office is strongly preferred.

High School

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and basic proficiency with office technology (scanners, computers).
Compliance: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
