Responsibilities:
Prepare, scan, and index documents into electronic document management systems
Verify document quality, clarity, and completeness after scanning
Organize, label, and file scanned documents according to established guidelines
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Operate and perform basic troubleshooting on scanning equipment
Track and log scanned documents to ensure accurate records
Meet daily productivity and quality standards
Assist with document retrieval and audits as needed
Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Previous experience in document scanning, records management, or clerical support
Familiarity with document management or imaging systems
Basic knowledge of office equipment and scanning hardware
Strong work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience working in a regulated or compliance-driven environment
Education:
High School

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry
