We are seeking a meticulous and organized Document Control Specialist to join our Quality and Operations team. In this role, you will be the gatekeeper of our technical documentation, ensuring that every schematic, Bill of Materials (BOM), and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with industry standards. You will play a vital role in bridging the gap between Engineering and Production to ensure our manufacturing floor always has the latest "source of truth."

Responsibilities:
Change Management: Administer the Document Change Order (DCO) process, ensuring all revisions are reviewed, approved, and archived correctly.
System Maintenance: Manage digital and physical document repositories, maintaining strict version control and revision history.
Quality Compliance: Ensure all documentation meets ISO 9001 standards and customer-specific regulatory requirements.
Production Support: Maintain and audit Bills of Materials (BOMs) and manufacturing work instructions to prevent production delays or errors.
Audit Readiness: Act as a key point of contact during internal and external quality audits by providing traceable documentation on demand.
Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to streamline documentation workflows.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Skills:
Detail-Oriented: An eagle eye for detail-you spot a typo or a version mismatch from a mile away.
Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with engineers and production staff to resolve documentation discrepancies.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years of experience in document control, preferably within an electronics or high-precision manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word) and experience with ERP/PLM software. Familiarity with CAD file management is a plus.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Business or Engineering preferred.
