We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Driver Recruiter to lead talent acquisition efforts for fleet operations. In this role, you won't just be filling seats; you'll be the face of the company for hundreds of professional drivers. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle-from sourcing and screening to onboarding-ensuring you maintain a steady pipeline of qualified, safety-conscious drivers to keep our client's wheels turning.

Responsibilities:
Sourcing: Proactively identify driver candidates through job boards, social media, trucking forums, and community events.
Screening: Conduct phone interviews to evaluate driving experience, safety records, and alignment with company culture.
Compliance: Verify MVR (Motor Vehicle Records), DAC reports, and DOT compliance requirements.
Onboarding: Coordinate orientation schedules and ensure all pre-employment drug testing and background checks are completed.
Retention: Act as a liaison between new hires and fleet management to ensure a smooth transition and high retention rates.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Bilingualism: Fluency in Spanish or other languages common in the regional driver pool.
Marketing Flair: Experience writing "thumb-stopping" job ads and managing social media recruitment campaigns.
Sales Background: A natural ability to "sell" the benefits over competitors in a tight labor market.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and specialized driver databases (e.g., Tenstreet, DriverReach).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; you must be able to "talk shop" with drivers effectively.
Organization: Ability to manage a high volume of candidates simultaneously without letting details slip through the cracks.
