Responsibilities:
Install and maintain electrical and instrumentation equipment, including sensors, controllers, and actuators.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, PLCs, VFDs, and industrial control systems to minimize downtime.
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to improve reliability and extend service life.
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety procedures.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement upgrades and process improvements.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Experience in the nonwoven fabrics or textile industry is a plus.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and quality-driven environments.
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years' experience as an E/I Technician in a manufacturing environment.
Associate degree or technical certification in Electrical Engineering Technology, Instrumentation, or a related field.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&ID diagrams, and technical manuals.
Hands-on experience with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and industrial control systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb, stoop, and stand for extended periods in various work environments.
Strong commitment to safety procedures and workplace security.
