Assemble and wire UL 508A industrial control panels, including ICS series loadout, mix plant, preset panels, motor starter panels, and related electrical enclosures.Conduct electrical assembly by soldering, mounting units on plates, positioning parts in panels, inserting assemblies into enclosures, and completing panel wiring.Layout, drill, tap, and mount electrical components including DIN rail, motor starters, relays, contactors, PLCs, VFDs, terminal blocks, meters, and associated hardware into enclosures.Cut, strip, crimp, solder, label, and route wiring for control circuits (24VDC, 120VAC) and power circuits (240/460VAC) in accordance with schematics, wiring diagrams, and UL 508A standards.Read and interpret electrical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation to ensure accurate assembly.Test performance of products prior to shipment by performing point-to-point continuity checks, functional testing, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of wiring issues or component failures.Monitor related supplies and requisition necessary parts and materials to support production.Accurately record labor hours and parts used in assembly and fabrication, and submit all documentation in a complete, accurate, and timely manner according to established procedures.Provide support to plant equipment and assist with troubleshooting or technical issues as needed.Follow UL 508A requirements, company safety policies, quality standards, and all applicable procedures, maintaining a clean and organized work area.Support production and assembly continuous improvement initiatives.Assist in other areas of operations and perform other related duties as assigned. High School Diploma or GED required.Previous electrical assembly experience in industrial or manufacturing settings.Technical school, electrical trades, or automation coursework preferred.UL 508A Panel Shop Certificationand or ISA Certified Control Systems Technician (CCST) ceritfication preferred other Electronics/Electrical Assembly or Industrial Controls certification
