We are seeking an Electronic Assembler to join a local Duluth team specializing in high-reliability power supplies and space-grade components. This is a temp-to-hire role with a clear path for professional growth and skill development.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM; Monday-Friday

- Perform high-level testing on power supplies and components using standard and custom lab equipment.
- Conduct environmental stress screenings (thermal, vibration, and vacuum) to verify product durability.
- Maintain strict adherence to military and aerospace quality standards.
- Analyze malfunctions in field returns and execute precision repairs.
- Assist Engineering in the creation and refinement of new test fixtures and assembly workflows.
- Contribute to daily production efficiency through equipment calibration and technical maintenance.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: An Associate degree in Electronics Technology (or significant relevant experience). New graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Experience: 1-2 years of related experience is preferred. Experience soldering on PCBs is a huge plus.
- Mindset: A desire to apply company policies and procedures to ensure top-tier quality and safety.
- Technical Interest: A genuine interest in quality improvement and "hands-on" technical work.
