1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM | $17.50-$18.00/hr
2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday | 3:00 PM – 2:00 AM | $18.00-$19.00/hr
Weekend Shift: Friday – Sunday | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | $19-20.00/hr
Available Roles & Key Responsibilities
Depending on your skill set and interest, you will be placed in one of our core manufacturing departments:
1. Wire Harness & Cable Assembly
Route, tie, and attach wires to form custom wire harnesses and cable assemblies.
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and wire run lists.
Use specialized hand tools including wire strippers, crimpers, and cutters.
Install connectors, terminals, and sleeves onto wires according to quality standards.
Perform basic pull tests and continuity checks on completed wire assemblies.
2. Quality Inspection
Use microscopes to inspect printed circuit boards (PCBs) for proper coating coverage.
Perform precise coating touch-ups using various hand tools.
Utilize pliers, cutters, and small hand tools for board assembly steps.
Complete production documentation and perform basic computer data entry.
3. SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Operation
Set up, operate, and tear down SMT equipment and feeders.
Handle small materials and electronic components by hand.
Perform basic inspections of completed circuit board assemblies.
Accurately complete required production and tracking logs.
4. Precision Hand Soldering
Perform hand soldering and assembly of electronic components under a microscope.
Safely operate soldering irons, wire solder, and related machinery.
Use hand tools (pliers, cutters) to fine-tune board components.
5. Electronics Testing
Follow written technical procedures to perform electrical tests utilizing specialized equipment.
Record, analyze, and document test results.
Label and segregate passed/failed circuit boards.
Skills & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Entry-level candidates welcome; experience in wire harnessing, cable assembly, PCB manufacturing, or soldering is a major plus!
Technical Skills: Ability to operate soldering or crimping machines and interpret basic technical documentation/schematics.
Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy (email, digital record keeping, data entry).
Physical Requirements: Excellent hand-eye coordination; ability to pinch, grasp, and lift up to 30 lbs.
Pre-employment: Must be willing to submit to a standard drug screen and background check prior to full-time hire.
