Key Responsibilities
As an Electronics Assembly Technician, you will play a vital role in manufacturing complex printed circuit boards (PCBs) used in life-saving medical devices, industrial equipment, and advanced technology.
Component Placement: Manually place small electronic components onto circuit boards prior to soldering, ensuring exact alignment.
Machine Operation Support: Assist in monitoring automated assembly equipment, including surface-mount technology (SMT) machinery, component feeders, and reflow ovens.
Hand Assembly & Soldering: Perform precise hand-soldering and mechanical assembly using specialized tools, tweezers, and magnifying equipment.
Quality Inspection: Visually inspect completed circuit boards for defects, missing parts, or alignment issues according to strict quality standards.
Digital Documentation: Maintain accurate digital production logs and follow detailed technical drawings and assembly instructions.
Skills & Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly
Ability to read, create, and interpret technical documentation and assembly instructions
Preferred Skills:
Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Basic computer skills for digital logging
Good verbal and written communication skills
Prior experience in manufacturing, PCB assembly, or hand-soldering is a plus (but not required—we will train motivated candidates!)
