Responsibilities include, but are bit limited to:
- Answer high-volume phone calls and respond to general questions, provide eligibility information to callers
- Schedule appointments for regional offices accurately
- Respond to written requests for information and manage correspondence
- Help resolve or refer client concerns to the appropriate staff members
- Maintain organized records and perform essential clerical tasks
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in an office, clerical, or call center environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Excellent organization skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to follow complex directions and manage routine paperwork
