Responsibilities:
As an Engineer Trainee, you will be an integral part of the daily engineering and development operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting senior engineers with the technical evaluation of customer equipment.
Preparing detailed functional specifications for upcoming projects.
Designing, prototyping, and testing new products under the guidance of the management and engineering teams.
Improving and redesigning existing product lines to enhance efficiency and performance.
Providing technical support during sales demonstrations, customer site visits, and industry trade shows as your product knowledge develops.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
One to two years of internship or co-op experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
Specific proficiency utilizing SolidWorks software.
Familiarity with modern agricultural equipment, precision agriculture technologies, or hydraulic systems is highly advantageous.

Bachelors
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
A Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline.
Foundational proficiency utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and assisting with customer inquiries.
A willingness to travel domestically to participate in trade shows and customer demonstrations.
