Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and coordinating technical bids and proposals centered on electronic manufacturing and PCB assembly.
Review solicitation documents alongside senior staff to help ensure compliance with government, Military, Aerospace, and DoD procurement regulations.
Support pricing strategies by gathering financial data for Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus, and Time & Materials (T&M) models.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering teams and project managers to gather required proposal documentation.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Strong time management skills with an ability to stay organized under deadline pressure.
Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to high accuracy in document preparation.
Collaborative mindset with great communication skills and a desire to learn from team members.
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent entry-level experience).
Basic digital proficiency, including foundational skills in Microsoft Excel and general office software.
Strong interest or basic coursework exposure in manufacturing processes, finance, or contract management.
Willingness to learn government pricing models and technical electronic concepts on the job.
