Spherion is seeking experienced professionals to fill Escalations Representative roles for a leading financial services client. In this position, you???ll support internal and external customers by investigating and resolving escalated brokerage-related concerns, while ensuring regulatory accuracy and quality assurance.
Responsibilities:

* Review, investigate, and resolve complaints and escalated service issues related to brokerage accounts
* Interact with internal teams and occasionally external clients to gather information and determine next steps
* Accurately enter and update 50+ data fields per case in platforms like SmartStation and Beta
* Route complaints appropriately and complete required regulatory coding
* Ensure all cases meet FINRA compliance and quality standards
* Participate in a structured 6-week training program prior to production work
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
* Experience with SmartStation, Beta, or StoreVision platforms
* Background in QA, complaint handling, compliance, or regulatory documentation
* Prior work with client escalations or dispute resolution
* Flexibility, coachability, and interest in long-term opportunities within financial services
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
* 1+ years of financial services in brokerage industry experience required
* Familiarity with brokerage accounts (IRAs, trusts, joint, margin, etc.)
* Understanding of FINRA regulatory frameworks or financial complaint processes
* Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
* Comfortable navigating CRM-style systems and client data platforms
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
* Ability to handle sensitive client issues with professionalism and confidentiality
