We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Estimator specializing in dirt work, excavation, and site preparation. In this role, you will be the architectural backbone of our bidding process, transforming complex blueprints into precise cost evaluations.

Bid Management: Prepare and submit comprehensive bid packages for private and public heavy civil projects.
Site Analysis: Evaluate soil reports (geotechnical data) and site conditions to identify potential risks or cost-saving opportunities.
Vendor Coordination: Solicit and analyze quotes from subcontractors and material suppliers.
Strategy: Develop competitive bidding strategies based on equipment availability and historical production data.
Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure the transition from "estimated" to "built" is seamless.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
Certifications: Professional credentials such as CPE (Certified Professional Estimator) or PMP (Project Management Professional).

Dirt Work Expertise: Minimum of 3???5 years of experience specifically in earthmoving, grading, or heavy civil estimating.
