We are hiring for multiple positions to support high-end events. Whether you are front-of-house or behind the scenes, your contribution is vital to the guest experience.
Experienced Servers & Buffet Attendants
Provide seamless table service with a high level of etiquette and grace.
Manage buffet stations, ensuring presentation remains "picture perfect" and guests are assisted with a smile.
Anticipate guest needs before they even have to ask.
Table Clearers & Event Support
Maintain the elegance of the dining area by discreetly clearing courses and refreshing glassware.
Ensure the venue remains pristine throughout the duration of the event.
Kitchen Support (Chef's Assistants)
Support a professional chef in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment.
Assist with plating, basic prep, and maintaining a sanitized, organized workspace.
Note: candidates for this role must demonstrate exceptional discipline and culinary fundamentals.
Responsibilities:
Front of House (Servers & Buffet Attendants)
Formal Table Service: Execute multi-course meal service with professional etiquette, including proper clearing from the right and serving from the left.
Buffet Management: Set up and maintain buffet stations, ensuring food levels are replenished and presentation remains pristine and appetizing throughout the event.
Beverage Service: Provide professional water and wine service, ensuring guests' glasses are never empty.
Guest Engagement: Greet guests warmly, answer questions regarding the menu (including common allergens), and provide a welcoming, high-end atmosphere.
Station Maintenance: Keep your assigned section clean, organized, and ready for the next course.
Event Support (Table Clearers & Bussers)
Discreet Clearing: Remove used plates, silver, and glassware quickly and quietly without interrupting guest conversations.
Turnover Efficiency: Reset tables for subsequent courses or events with precision, ensuring linens and settings are perfectly aligned.
Venue Upkeep: Monitor the overall cleanliness of the dining area, including spills, fallen napkins, or stray glassware.
Back of House (Kitchen Support)
Culinary Prep: Perform high-level prep work (chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients) under the strict guidance of the Executive Chef.
Plating Precision: Assist on the "line" during plating to ensure every dish leaving the kitchen meets the Chef???s exact aesthetic standards.
Sanitation & Organization: Maintain a "clean as you go" workspace, ensuring all tools, surfaces, and storage areas meet rigorous professional hygiene standards.
Equipment Care: Safely handle and clean high-end kitchen equipment and delicate service ware.
Working hours: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
2+ years in fine dining or high-end catering
Knowledge of wine service and formal plating.
ServSafe or Food Handler certification.
Experience working under a Lead Chef.
