The Executive Administrative Assistant keeps the Vice President's office running smoothly by handling daily tasks like scheduling, paperwork, and special projects. They also act as the main go-between for the VP and everyone else, making sure communication is clear and division goals are met.

-Manages communication and info flow between the VP, leadership, and departments while keeping sensitive data confidential.
-Plans and runs staff meetings, VIP visits, and division-wide professional development events.
-Handles special projects, tracks district tech inventories, and manages tight deadlines.
-Prepares executive board reports, tracks weekly/monthly activities, and processes invoices.
-Oversees daily office operations, standardizes procedures, and trains clerical staff.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience in higher education or a similar professional environment.

A Bachelor's Degree is required.
At least four years of experience in a professional work setting.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

A proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
