Responsibilities:
Executive Support: Manage and optimize complex calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, and process expense reports with high accuracy.
Operational Liaison: Facilitate seamless communication between corporate leadership and regional site managers to ensure operational alignment.
Reporting & Analysis: Compile and prepare monthly performance reports, client presentations, and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain efficiency.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and lead the logistics for high-stakes board and client meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and tracking deliverables.
Project Management: Support corporate initiatives, such as the implementation of new site protocols, internal audits, and departmental onboarding.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Industry Knowledge: Previous experience working within the manufacturing, automotive, or third-party logistics (3PL) sectors.
Advanced Software Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP systems or specific Supply Chain Management (SCM) software.
Process Improvement: A demonstrated ability to identify and implement administrative efficiencies or cost-saving workflows.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience supporting C-suite or VP-level executives.
Technical Expertise: Mastery of Microsoft Office 365, with advanced skills in Excel (data manipulation) and PowerPoint (executive-level deck creation).
Communication: Elite verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface professionally with diverse teams from the warehouse floor to the boardroom.
Discretion: Proven track record of handling confidential information, including client contracts and sensitive financial data, with total integrity.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and pivot quickly between administrative tasks and operational projects.
