Responsibilities:
Information Gathering: Partner with Subject Matter department heads to understand internal workflows, software systems, and best practices.
Content Creation: Write clear, concise, and engaging training modules, step-by-step guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting protocols.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
