Responsibilities:
-The Technical Trainer / Success Coach delivers instructor-led onboarding for assemblers, technicians and logistics employees, with primary emphasis on Workmanship Standards.
-The role manages classroom and lab learning, maintains technical and instructional readiness, and supports the transfer of learning to the manufacturing floor.
-As Success Coach, the contractor observes work, provides timely coaching, identifies skill gaps, partners with line leadership on development plans, and reinforces safety, quality, standard work and 6S practices.

-Able to pass a background check
-Seeing 3-5 Years Prior Experience as an Instructor in a Manufacturing Environment
-Able to meet deadline with training and seeking someone organized.
Shift is Monday - Friday 8/hr Dayshift but occasionally required to work on second shift (5PM -2AM)
