Responsibilities:
Custom Fabrication: Execute specialized fabrication tasks with precision, including plasterwork, laminating, forming thermoplastics, finishing, and sewing component parts.
Assembly and Quality: Meticulously assemble and inspect finished devices and parts to ensure they meet our rigorous top-quality standards and specifications.
Tool Operation: Safely and efficiently operate a variety of hand and power tools used in the fabrication process.
Production Adherence: Follow detailed English work instructions and production schedules to ensure all custom jobs are completed accurately and delivered on time.
Continuous Improvement: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while contributing to a culture of efficiency and quality.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 AM
Skills:
Experience: Previous fabrication experience is highly preferred (e.g., molding, lamination, fine detail work).
Material Knowledge: Experience working with advanced materials like carbon fiber, fiberglass, or thermoplastics.
Domain Knowledge: Basic knowledge of human anatomy or familiarity with orthotic/prosthetic devices is a significant plus.

Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
Language & Instruction: Proven ability to read and follow detailed English work instructions and safety procedures.
Physical Dexterity: Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity required for detailed, hands-on fabrication work.
Work Ethic: Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and a committed team player.
