Responsibilities:
Overseeing the full project lifecycle for multi-disciplinary A/E design services, covering scoping, pricing, quality management, resource scheduling, and final delivery.
Managing A/E IDIQ contracts for a combination of major federal agencies (e.g., those serving the Army Corps of Engineers, Naval Facilities Command, and/or the Department of Veterans Affairs).
Leading and directing multi-disciplinary A/E design teams, including subcontractors.
Ensuring project execution meets the rigorous standards required when working for the Department of Defense and other federal clients.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
5+ years working with major federal agencies like the USACE, NAVFAC, GSA, or Dept. of Veterans Affairs on A/E design contracts.
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
10+ years
Qualifications:
10+ Years experience managing A/E IDIQ design projects and task orders.
10+ years experience working and leading contracts for the United States federal government.
Required License/Certification: Must be a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE), Registered Architect (RA), Construction Manager, or Project Management Professional (PMP).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proven ability to multi-task and manage complex project loads.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
