Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
Perform precise fiberglass splicing to maintain a continuous and smooth production flow.
Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials and finished products to ensure high standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Collaborate closely with team members to meet daily production goals.
Working hours: 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Skills:
One to three years of experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred, but we encourage all motivated individuals to apply.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
The ability to stand for the entirety of a 10-hour shift.
The ability to comfortably and regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
A strong work ethic, excellent punctuality, and a commitment to workplace safety.
