Schedule: 2nd Shift | 4:00 PM ? 2:30 AM
Pay: $20.00 ? $23.00 per hour + $2.00 per hour shift differential
Key Benefits Upon permanent hire, you will become eligible for a comprehensive benefits package:
Scheduled Appraisals: Performance and pay evaluations at 90 days, 9 months, 15 months, and 21 months.
Health Insurance: Eligible the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
Paid Holidays: Eligible after 90 days of employment.
Responsibilities:
Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes.
Load feed mechanisms and lift stock material up to 45 pounds.
Verify part precision using measuring tools, adjust controls, and change worn tools.
Complete preventive maintenance and log production data. Maintain a clean, safe workstation.
Working hours: 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM
Skills:
Prior technical experience programming and setting up CNC machinery.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and read blueprint specifications
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Recent, verifiable experience as a CNC Machinist.
Clear verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and sound mechanical judgment.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and the capacity to lift or move up to 45 pounds.
A positive, goal-oriented attitude with a commitment to meeting timelines and supporting team objectives.
