Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for end-user questions regarding software, hardware, and internal services.
- Handle the physical installation, relocation, and upgrading of workstations, applications, and communication equipment.
- Investigate requests for repairs, research solutions for technology requests, and route complex issues to second-level support when necessary.
- Assist in large-scale facility moves and new equipment rollouts, ensuring timely execution and minimal downtime.
- Proactively help staff utilize technology more effectively by suggesting specific tools or training opportunities.
- Maintain accurate logs of service requests and stay updated on the latest industry trends and internal system changes.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Comfortable moving and installing computer hardware, including lifting equipment and working under desks.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- A resourceful mindset with the ability to research and develop solutions independently.
- Ability to work on-site daily and travel between various local sites as needed.
- Experience with Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
