the preparation, processing, and calculating of payments and registration fees. This position is responsible for monitoring financial obligations owed and the general reconciliation of a number of accounts. This position works closely with other members of the Financial Services team and other departments to ensure accurate financial accounting.

Responsibilities:
- Performs all fiscal functions related to accounts, including but not limited to, individual and third-party payments, adjustments, and refunds, to ensure charges are properly billed and payments are appropriately applied to accounts
- Sets up accounts receivable including invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation
- Counts and deposit a variety of payments and monies accurately and timely
- Balances cash drawer daily
- Prepares weekly armored car deposits

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- Provides service excellence through courteous, informed, accessible, and professional engagement
- Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
An associate???s degree in Finance or Business with two (2) years of related work experience or a combination of
completed education and/or related work experience equal to four (4) years.
