Schedule: Friday - Sunday (3-Day Weekend Shift)
Available Shifts: Day (6:30 AM - 6:30 PM) OR Night (6:30 PM - 6:30 AM)
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 / hour (Depending on Experience)
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical work orders to meet exact specifications.
Assemble components precisely using hand tools, power tools, and automated machinery.
Perform quality control inspections, measure tolerances, and test functionality to spot defects before packaging.
Label, pack, and prepare finished products for warehouse storage or shipment.
Maintain tools, clean workstations, and adhere to all factory safety and PPE protocols.
Cross-train and adapt to different assembly line roles and manufacturing tasks as needed.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Prior manufacturing or assembly line experience in automotive, electronics, or consumer goods.
Familiarity working in active plant/factory floor environments.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling small or complex parts.
Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand and power tools.
Exceptional attention to detail to spot surface flaws and follow step-by-step instructions.
Openness and flexibility to be cross-trained across multiple shop floor positions.
Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screenings.
