Schedule: Friday - Sunday (3-Day Weekend Shift)
Available Shifts: Day (6:30 AM - 6:30 PM) OR Night (6:30 PM - 6:30 AM)
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 / hour (Depending on Experience)
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Responsibilities:
Set up, calibrate, and run hardware insertion machinery (hydraulic presses, automatic feed systems).
Install self-clinching studs, standoffs, nuts, and inserts into pre-punched metal components.
Read engineering drawings and schematics to confirm part orientation, part numbers, and spacing.
Use calipers, micrometers, and thread gauges to inspect assemblies and verify flush hardware fitment.
Load hardware feeding bins and tag finished materials.
Cross-train across secondary shop processes and assembly stations.

Skills:
1-2 years of sheet metal fabrication or precision manufacturing experience.
Vocational or technical school coursework/certifications.

Qualifications:
Ability to read mechanical blueprints, schematics, and work orders accurately.
Proficiency using hand tools, torque wrenches, and pneumatic or hydraulic presses.
Manual dexterity for manipulating small hardware fasteners.
Stand throughout the shift and lift up to 40 lbs.
Flexibility to be cross-trained on a variety of manufacturing equipment.
Must pass a mandatory drug screening and background check.
