Our Client is seeking a punctual and highly motivated Morning Forklift Operator to spearhead our Client's daily distribution kickoff. As the first shift on the floor, you will be responsible for setting the pace of the warehouse, ensuring that overnight arrivals are processed and outbound deliveries are dispatched with precision. Responsibilities:
Outbound Coordination: Execute the efficient loading of delivery vehicles to meet strict morning departure deadlines.
Inbound Processing: Offload morning freight arrivals, verify manifests, and ensure immediate replenishment of picking bins.
System Accuracy: Use RF technology and WMS software to maintain real-time inventory visibility and dock-to-stock efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the Sales and Dispatch teams to prioritize urgent "hot" orders and last-minute shipping adjustments.
Equipment Stewardship: Perform daily pre-operational safety checks on material handling equipment (MHE) and report any maintenance requirements immediately.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience operating industrial forklifts in a fast-paced distribution or cross-dock environment.

Technical Skill: Proficiency with various MHE (e.g., Sit-down Electric, Stand-up Reach, or Order Pickers) and handheld inventory devices.
Physical Requirements: Ability to remain active for the duration of the shift and safely lift up to 50 lbs as part of regular duties.
