Responsibilities:
Coordinates and provides skilled administrative support to division manager and staff.
??? Utilizes and maintains Fleet related softwares.
??? Prepares, processes, copies, files, and distributes correspondence, memorandum, or other types of
documentation. Compiles and analyzes data; prepares, generates, and submits various types of reports
as required by department. Performs data entry; updates and maintains departmental records, files,
filing systems, and databases; coordinates and schedules the transfer, archiving, and destruction of
records as assigned.
??? Tracks fleet statistics and provides appropriate reports as requested
??? Conducts end of month billing processes
??? Maintains fuel inventories and compliance requires; submits required tax obligations
??? May provide training and/or supervise the work activities of assigned personnel.
??? Assist with surplus property disposal processes.
??? Performs other routine and/or specialized duties relative to area of assignment as required.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent; and two years' experience as fleet coordinator or data analyst; or an
equivalent, or combination of education and experience.
