      Dough/ Crust MakerMake the dough for the patty products for the production areaResponsibilities:- Lift bags of ingredients in excess 50 lbs.- Work with a 300 lb. capacity mixer- Work with a dough presser / equipment- Monitor crust coming out of the oven and adjust dough as needed- Cleans and sanitizes dough room and equipment within it- Cleans, sanitizes and organizes common areas of the plant- Helps other areas in need of personnel- Follow HACCP / SSOP procedures, rules and Good Manufacturing Practices at all timesWorking hours: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PMSkills:- Must be a TEAM player- Safely lift up to 50 lbs. consistentlyEducation:No Degree RequiredExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:- Must be able to consistently lift up to 50 lbs.- Must be able to pass a Criminal Background checkWill need to wear slip resistant shoes, face mask, gloves, hair nets, and in some depts.
